DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
DAY 1: HANOI – BAC CAN - BA BELAKE – PAC NGOI (~ 240 km)
Departing from Hanoi, we embark on road trip into mountain areas north of Hanoi, today we visit Cho Chu prison which was built in 1942, captured many Vietnam revolution politicians (Việt Cộng). Onwards to Ba Be Lake National Park, one of the largest natural lakes in Vietnam, home to many kinds of birds, scenic valleys, towering rocky outcrops, underground river tributaries, a gigantic cave and local ethnic minorities, including the Tay, Red Dao and Hmong. Overnight in Mr Linh home-stay.

DAY 2: BABE HIN DAM – BO LU VILLAGE
Breakfast at Ba Be Center Tourism home-stay ( Mr Linh Tuan ).
We have a full day trekking and hiking tour through the primary forest to the remote H'mong village of Hin Dam. The adventure is of hard grade, but the view from the top is just stunning, the pristine forest flora, medicinal plants and the opportunity to visit a remote hill tribe settlement make it a rewarding and memorable experience. Total walking, trekking and hiking time is around 6 hours. We return to Mr Linh home-stay for the night.

DAY 3: BO LU – BAN VANG VILLAGE
After breakfast at home-stay.We leave home- stay and take a boat trip across the lake to the Tay fishing village of Pac Ngoi. After visiting the village with its fishermen and local handicrafts, we’ll travel along an easy trail through gardens and orchards to Quang Khe village. In the end, we’ll arrive at the picturesque village of Ban Vang nestled between the forest and limestone cliffs at the mouth of the Cho Leng River. Lunch is in a traditional village house on stilts. In the afternoon, we’ll explore the Thac Bac waterfall, Hua Ma Cave then coming back to Pac Ngoi village take a ride in a dugout canoe, swim in the lake or hire a bicycle and cycle along the riverside trail. Dinner and overnight at the village house on stilts.

DAY 4: BABE – HANOI
After breakfast, We leave our home stay and Ba Be Lake for the drive back to Hanoi.On the long way back then after lunch in a local restaurant we also pay a visit to the Thai Nguyen Minority and Culture Museum where we can learn something about the culture and traditions of the different minority groups in Vietnam, it is our journey back to Hanoi, arriving there at around 6pm. (Breakfast and lunch are included). you will arrive in Hanoi at about 16:00 in the afternoon.
