8.30 – 9:00 a.m approx.
– Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter .
– Start 2,5 hour road journey via new highway on ultra-luxurious limousine
11:45– 12h00: approx
Transfer to Le Théatre Cruise by tender. Warmly welcome by our crew and given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink at The Opera restaurant Check into your cabin. Refresh your self during transient waiting time for leaving Gia Luan harbour.
13:00 : Buffet lunch will be served in The Opera restaurant while Le Théatre cruise towards Halong Bay.
15:00 : Explore Ao Ech area belonged to Lan Ha bay. It’s great ideal destination for kayaking around limestone islets, enjoy swimming in crystal water.
17:00: Return to Le Théatre cruise. We sail through the calm emerald waters heading to the sleeping area for anchoring.
17:30 – 18:30 : Sunset tea break
Summit on the sundeck for watching the sunset. It’s nice chatting time to make acquaintance with new friends or simply enjoy hunting photos and drinks.
18:00: Small class of cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
19:15: Delicious dinner is served with A la carte menu in The Opera restaurant.

Cycling with our tour guide or take electric car with driver to Viet Hai village. Enjoy gorgeous sceneries of national park along village road. We also visit a local family’s house to learn about daily local life.
12.30 Go back to day boat.
Keep cruising to Van Boi area of Lan Ha Bay, a very quiet touristy area in the bay.
Enjoy a Vietnamese fusion cuisine lunch onboard.

09:00 : Come back to Le Théatre cruise. Pack up your luggage and check out the room.
09:40 Buffet brunch will be served as we once again cruise back to harbour before your bill settlement and return to Tuan Chau Island.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS:
* More than 31 days prior to check-in: free of charge
* From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rates
* From 15 to 7 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
* Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
* No-Show: 100% of total rates
CANCELLATION DUETO BAD WEATHER
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
* Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
* During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
* The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
* The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help.
CHILDREN POLICY
* Free of charge for one child below the age of 4 years sharing with two adults. Limited one child per cabin only
* Children from 5 to under 9 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged at 75% of adult rate, limited to one child per cabin only
* Child more than 10 years old: Charged 100% of the given price
