There are some places you should visit to understand more about this great city like Ho Chi Minh complex, museums, Dong Xuan Market, Water Puppet Theater, Hoan Kiem lake…Hanoi City is not like other big cities in the world with high buildings, modern shopping centers. It has its own character with Many old, narrow, short streets… Spending sometime to walk around Hanoi, specially in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, you will have unforgettable moments.
Detailed Itinerary
8h00 am: We start to visit Ho Chi Minh Complex with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, and Ho Chi Minh Museum to see his great life then to One Pillar Pogoda. After ward. We will be travelling to The Temple of Literature - The first university in Vietnam dating back to the 11th century to admire the beautiful construction and learn about Royal court and Vietnamese talents. Have lunch in local restaurant.
After lunch, we drive to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Which is on the shore of West Lake. To get understand about ethnic groups of Vietnam, we go to the Museum of Ethnology. Then we go to Hoa Lo Prison where where lots of famous prisoners were kept during the Vietnam war.
15:00: We are back to downtown & enjoy the nice view of Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son temple. City tour ends. ( you may join a water puppet show or cyclo ride by yourselves after all).
